I enjoy writing. I have no formal training. I am lucid and articulate; I try to write clearly, if not concisely; I like to spell things out for the reader, while not making them feel a hint of condescension.
It is another creative outlet for me. My writing is often personal. I am selective about my topics. I think a sense of humor is important.
At my core, I am a recorder of life. As long as we have our memories, we all are recorders.
Ten-thousand years from now when a space-faring alien civilization scouts our planet and encounters the rubble that was the human experiment: maybe my writing will give them some context.
Anyway, good luck. Keep writing, whatever you do. And, don't worry about it too much.
